Delete In The App

1. Open Crystal Clues.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete All.
4. Confirm while connected to the internet.

Crystal Clues first requests deletion of the anonymous server account. After the server confirms, the app removes local campaign progress, scores, settings, onboarding state, restart state, anonymous session, recovery key, and saved purchase identity.

Deleted server data includes the Global Scores identity and runs, restart and security records, accepted leaderboard Terms records, reports and hidden-player relationships, Letter Credit wallet and recovery digest, and player-linked purchase and spend records.

Delete All fails closed. If secure wallet setup is still running or the app cannot confirm server deletion, it clears no on-device game data and asks the player to keep the app installed and retry. If server deletion completes but on-device cleanup is interrupted, retry Delete All to remove the remaining local data.

Important: Unused Letter Credits are permanently lost when Delete All completes. Save only what you need before confirming.

Basic transaction facts may remain without a player or wallet link where needed to prevent duplicate grants, process refunds or revocations, prevent fraud, or meet legal requirements. Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Supabase, Firebase, and Sentry may retain provider records under their own policies and legal obligations. On iOS, uninstalling alone may leave a Keychain-backed recovery key available to a later reinstall; use Delete All for confirmed removal of the local key and remote wallet link.

Delete Without App Access

Email crystalclues.support@gmail.com and use the subject Crystal Clues account deletion. Include only the minimum information needed to locate the request.

Never send a complete Letter Credit recovery key, payment-card information, Firebase token, Supabase token, or password. Because Crystal Clues uses an anonymous account, an email address alone does not identify a game account. Support may need a privacy-preserving identifier or verification step that is still available from the app. If the app and anonymous session are no longer accessible and no usable reference remains, support may be unable to locate a specific anonymous record. The app's internal deletion receipt is not displayed to you and support will not request it or your complete recovery key.

Timing

In-app deletion is normally immediate after server confirmation. Exceptional support requests will be acknowledged promptly and completed within the period required by applicable law. A completed deletion receipt is retained without a player identifier for no more than 30 days so an interrupted app request can be confirmed.
